Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping

All orders are shipped according to best rate/time as determined by our computers based on package weight and destination. We use Canada Post as our primary standard service carrier. Please allow up to seven business days from ship date for delivery when choosing Expedited Shipping. Not available for international orders.

International Shipping (including USA)
The shipping cost is dependent upon weight and destination and will be calculated during final checkout. Average shipping time for international orders is 15 business days. Canada Post shipping charges will be added to your order. Please be advised that Blue Apple Canada International Inc. is not responsible for taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international shipments. Also, we kindly request that you contact your customs office to thoroughly inquire about import regulations before placing your order, as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return And Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them within 14 days of delivery (items should be packed in its original pack as delivered). You will receive the refund within 3-4 business days after the return of the item (minus shipping charges and 20% restocking fee apply). To proceed with the return correctly, please, contact us via our contact information and explain the matters of your situation as well as to give us the tracking information on a returned package. If you have received a damaged item, we will gladly send you a replacement of the same item. In the event that it is out of stock, you can pick out any other item of the same value.
